1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak65 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "pak65 Platform" or "Services") operated by pak65. By registering an account, accessing the pak65 Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pak65 Platform. pak65 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside pak65's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pak65 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pak65 operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
• You are accessing the pak65 Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party or business.
• You have not been self-excluded from pak65 or any associated platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of pak65 or any affiliated entity, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have verified your identity in accordance with pak65's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements before making any withdrawal.

pak65 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration

To use the pak65 Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active pak65 account. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending review.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pak65 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified pak65 of unauthorised access without delay.
• KYC verification: pak65 is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals. You must provide a clear copy of your CNIC and any additional documentation reasonably requested by pak65. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion.
• Account currency: pak65 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in PKR.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pak65 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the pak65 Cashier section and are subject to change. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. pak65 reserves the right to return deposits and request an alternative payment method where source of funds cannot be confirmed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. pak65 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. pak65 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size or frequency before processing. Winnings derived from promotional bonuses are subject to the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal eligibility is established.

An account is considered inactive if no login or transactional activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pak65 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Balances on permanently closed accounts are handled in accordance with pak65's account closure procedure.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pak65 sportsbook are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pak65 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.
• pak65 may impose maximum stake limits on any market, sport, or event. Individual account limits may be applied at pak65's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live data feed integrity. pak65 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed during periods of data feed disruption.
• Cricket betting at pak65 — including PSL, international Test and T20 matches, and ICC tournaments — is subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the pak65 Help Centre. In the event of a match being abandoned, rained off, or rescheduled, void rules apply as specified.
• pak65 reserves the right to void, withhold payment on, or recover any winnings from bets placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity, regardless of whether criminal proceedings have been initiated.

6. Casino Games

All casino games available on the pak65 Casino platform — including live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, andar bahar) and online slots — are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to those suppliers' game rules in addition to these Terms.

Outcomes for slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics under studio operational procedures. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

pak65 reserves the right to void casino game rounds where a technical malfunction has affected game outcome integrity. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, pak65's system records the last confirmed game state, which shall be treated as final. No compensation is payable for losses arising from disconnection attributable to the player's device or internet connection.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pak65 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds and free bets are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• pak65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including multi-accounting, bonus hunting, or colluding to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, device, or IP address.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak65 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening multiple accounts or allowing others to operate your account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, chip dumping, or any other method.
• Using the pak65 Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false identity or age information.
• Accessing the pak65 Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the pak65 Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

pak65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to treat gambling as entertainment and to set personal limits before starting any session. pak65 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you after a chosen session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your pak65 account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and apply across all pak65 products.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak65 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, data, and game content — is the intellectual property of pak65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pak65 content without express prior written consent from pak65. The pak65 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of pak65. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak65 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and its Services. pak65 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The pak65 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

pak65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, data loss, or service interruption. pak65's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

pak65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so for regulatory, legal, or operational reasons. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder subject to completion of applicable verification procedures and provided no outstanding investigations are pending. You may close your pak65 account at any time by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak65's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by pak65's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant competent authority as applicable. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

14. Amendments

pak65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact details on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pak65 Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, your remedy is to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
